Description 1. To introduce the affective needs of gifted/more able students and the impact on their development; and
2. To explore the ways of setting up a school-based support system for gifted/more able students;
3. To elaborate the strategies of infusing affective elements in Level 1 and Level 2 school-based gifted education programmes;
4. To introduce the characteristics and developmental needs of “gifted underachievers” and “twice-exceptional students”.
