This Postgraduate Diploma in Education is a two-year part-time taught programme in fulfillment of the basic teacher education qualification. The overall aim of the Programme is to provide professional training for local primary and secondary school teachers who have obtained a bachelor’s degree in an academic discipline to enable them to adequately assume their roles within the teaching profession.
