Description
The aims and objectives of this programme are designed to help the participants:

1. Examining complaint management in kindergarten settings;
2. Constructing a school based mechanism on the basis of procedural jus tice, openness and fairness, to handle conflicts and complaints, including evidence collection, investigation procedures, record keeping, media handling;
3. Introducing basic notion and skills of communication and mediation with a view to resolving conflict and complaints;
4. Identifying strategies and exploring resources to prevent and manage school complaints;
5. Revisiting their previous experiences and school policies in handling complaints with reference to the new knowledge and skills gained from this course.
