1. To enable participants to grasp the roles of class teachers in supporting students for life planning. 2. To introduce different modes of delivery of activites with life planning education elements in class teacher periods. 3. To introduce ways to enhance students' self-understanding of their studying/career interests, such as checklists, questionnaires and Students Learning Profiles (SLP). 4. To introduce knowledge and skills of providing individual career guidance for students with different learning abilities and needs.
