Description (1) To introduce the new funding arrangements (for schools admitting a relatively small number of NCS students, i.e. less than 10 for ordinary schools and less than 6 for special schools), and related support measures provided by EDB for enhancing support for learning and teaching Chinese for NCS students and the creation of an inclusive learning environment in schools; (2) To introduce the "Chinese Language Curriculum Second Language Learning Framework" and the latest development of the learning and teaching resources, as well as professional development programmes for teachers; and (3) To share school experiences of supporting NCS students in learning Chinese and creating an inclusive learning environment with effective use of the additional funding
