(1) To illustrate how the “Salt and Sugar Reduction Training Kit” and other learning and teaching resources can best be used in the school context or curriculum at kindergarten level for promoting healthy eating habit with less salt and sugar among children;
(2) To share with participants key issues of healthy eating among young children, with particular emphasis on salt and sugar reduction; and
(3) To enhance knowledge of participants on nutrition labeling so as to choose low/ no salt and/ or sugar prepackaged food.
