The PuppeTech “Seed” project uses puppetry and technology to motivate students with special educational needs (SEN) to learn English. The PuppeTech project is built on the latest educational practices and adopts learning tools that are easy to use. Our team tailor-makes for each project school units of work to better suit the needs of students with SEN.
English teachers involved in the PuppeTech “Seed” project will share their experience of:
a) using puppetry and technology to support the implementation of a school-based English Language curriculum that addresses the learning needs of students with SEN; and
b) developing effective assessment strategies that gauge the learning progress of students with SEN and make their learning visible.
Participants will have opportunities to discuss each presentation and relate it to their own school practice.
